Just finished this rendering from a sketch i did earlier this week. One of my main goals was to keep the shoe as light as possible. Having one part serving multiple purposes reduces materials and hopefully reduces weight. The white outsole serves as the main source of traction and creates an exo-skeleton for the upper, adding support to the shoe. The orange piece helps keep the shape of the shoe and increases the shoes support.
